Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Special Care Nursery in Elmhurst, IL. You will provide safe, compassionate neonatal care, manage the patient plan of care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes.

The role requires an RN with ADN or higher, IL licensure, BLS, and NRP within six months. Nights shifts, weekend/holiday rotations, and a sign-on bonus apply for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• High preferred 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care across patient populations.
• Plan, implement and evaluate the patient plan of care in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
