Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Irving, TX is seeking an RN for the NICU to join a Level II unit with 10 beds. This PRN 7a-7p role offers relocation assistance for eligible candidates and a supportive leadership team focused on learning and safe patient care.

The NICU cares for newborns >32 weeks with 1:1-3 nurse-to-patient ratios, 24/7 neonatology on-call, and opportunities to grow skills through nursing practice councils and continuing education.

Qualifications

• 2 years of RN experience in NICU nursing.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• License/Certification: RN, BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Care for newborns greater than 32 weeks gestation in a Level II NICU.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1–3 based on acuity.
• Collaborate with Neonatologist on call 24/7 and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in-house.
