Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health - Irving is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU. The Level II NICU serves newborns greater than 32 weeks gestation with 1:1–3 patient ratios across a 10-bed unit.

Night shifts are 7p–7a, part-time, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates. You will perform detailed clinical assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, educate families, and collaborate with neonatology on call 24/7.

Qualifications

• RN NICU nursing experience is essential.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks per patient condition and team competencies.
• Collaborate with neonatology and NICU leadership for optimal patient care.
