Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Jersey is seeking a NICU RN Per Diem Night shift to join a Magnet-designated hospital renowned for nursing excellence. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient assessment, safe procedures, precise medication administration, and thorough charting.

Candidates should hold an active New Jersey RN license, with preferred BSN and NICU experience. BLS and NRP Part I/II are required, with potential pay differentials and comprehensive benefits available.

The NICU RN Per Diem Nights will:

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One (1) year of experience preferredBSN preferred
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required

Salary Range: 56.00 - 56.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
