Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred with acute care experience.
• RN1 level requires acute care experience for counting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and coordinate care with health disciplines.
• Develop written, individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Administer direct patient care and medications as needed.
• Practice infection control and maintain a safe environment.
• Document patient education and care plans in medical records.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN charge/clinician.
