Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU on a full-time basis. This role involves night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), 36 hours per week, and weekend/holiday rotation with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, active RN license, BLS, and a year of clinical nursing experience. BSN is preferred, with competency in EHR documentation and patient-family communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact or state license.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with families.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and safety standards.
