You will assess a broad range of factors—physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual—and develop individualized care plans. Administer meds per orders and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• 1 year NICU experience is required.
• English fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans.
• Administer medications per orders and monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
