Job summary

Nemours Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN for our NICU in Orlando, Florida. This full-time role requires clinical excellence in neonatal care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support fragile newborns and their families.

The NICU program offers exposure to Level IV care, advanced therapies, and a supportive environment focused on family-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ASN required; active Florida or multi-state RN license.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience; pediatric specialty preferred.
• BLS certification; NRP and STABLE required before start.
• National certification in area of clinical specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive NICU nursing care and patient monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document and report patient status.
• Collaborate with neonatal team, families, and other disciplines to ensure high‑quality care.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment in managing rapidly changing neonatal conditions.
