Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity level III unit. You will work with a neonatal transport team and a multidisciplinary staff to deliver family-centered care for premature and ill newborns.

Ideal candidates have NICU experience, enduring compassion, and strong critical thinking. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and BLS certification is required. Sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure permitting work in Arizona and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates outcomes.
• Participates in development of patient care plans and maintains documentation.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and families to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
