Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Newborn Nursery/NICU Level 2 in Show Low, Arizona. You will provide specialized care to newborns in a high-functioning environment with a focus on patient stabilization and family-centered care. The role requires a current RN license and BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications, along with 2 years of specialty experience. Full-time direct hire position with night shifts, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in a Special Care Nursery (SCN) or NICU setting.
• Comfort working in a setting with high-acuity stabilization and transport coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for newborns in an 8-bed Level 2 Special Care Nursery.
• Assess, stabilize, and monitor neonates requiring extra medical support.
• Collaborate with on-call Neonatologists and NNPs to execute care plans.
• Manage Level 2 patients and coordinate air-lifts for high-acuity transfers.
• Educate and support parents and families during their stay.
