Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years RN NICU experience
• Externship or Capstone in the NICU
• BSN degree; Associates considered if enrolled in BSN
• New York RN License

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, administer medications and manage care for premature and/or critically ill babies in Level III NICU
• Partner with attending physicians, RNs, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients' loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support and education
