Job summary

Gundersen Health System's Emplify Health is seeking a full-time (0.9 FTE) RN to work in our level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Wisconsin. The role includes a 12-hour day/night rotation, every third weekend, and 2 holidays per year, with starting pay around $38.96 per hour plus experience-based increases.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate Degree in Nursing, Wisconsin RN license, BLS CPR, and NRP training within 4 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• NICU RN experience is preferred.
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire.
• Basic Life Support CPR is required.
• NRP certification within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• 0.9 FTE = 72 hours every two weeks.
• 12-hour Day/Night rotation with every 3rd weekend.
• 2 holidays per year.
• Opportunity to join the NICU Transport Team after orientation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families.
