Job summary

Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis seeks a dedicated Neonatal NICU Staff Nurse to deliver expert care for infants with respiratory distress, sepsis, and congenital conditions. You will work within the Synergy model, coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and compassionate care across shifts.

Responsibilities include leading clinical care, documenting care plans, participating in ongoing professional development, and supporting unit and hospital goals

Qualifications

• Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• RN degree from a nationally accredited college or university.
• Current BLS certification; other certifications may be required in specific units to practice.

• Effectively performs nursing functions per policies and Synergy Model with clinical judgment and advocacy.
• Uses nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
