Community Memorial Healthcare in Ventura, CA is seeking a Neonatal ICU RN II to provide and coordinate high‑level nursing care for neonatal patients within a multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes family‑centered care and safe outcomes in a dynamic NICU.

You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality standards are met. California RN license, BLS, NRP required; BSN preferred; 1 year NICU Level III experience desired.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year NICU Level III experience required.
• Current CA RN License, BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• RNC-NIC and/or BSN preferred.

• Provide and manage competent nursing care to neonatal patients in a NICU, with moderate to complex assessments and interventions.
• Supervise, coordinate, and delegate personnel to ensure patient needs and outcomes are met using a multidisciplinary approach.
