Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver NICU respiratory assessment, support and procedures. The role includes learning delegated tasks and performing ABG analysis under supervision, with flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient needs.

Requirements include WA licensure, NBRC credentials (RRT/CRT) and CPR/HCP, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NICU experience is preferred. This is a 0.9 FTE, 36-hour week with night 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed WA Respiratory Care Practitioner in good standing.
• RRT with NBRC and eligible for WA license.
• NRP, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 3 years NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory assessment, support, treatment, or diagnostic tests for NICU, Mother Baby, and Labor & Delivery.
• Learn and perform department tasks delegated by the supervisor.
• Perform ABG analysis and related procedures as needed.
• Adapt to schedule changes to meet patient care needs.
