The position includes responsibilities for respiratory assessments, treatments, and diagnostic tests, with opportunities to learn delegated department functions. Candidates must be CRT with NBRC credential, WA LR license, and current CPR HCP, ACLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and licensed as Respiratory Care Practitioner (LR) in Washington.
• AS or BS in Respiratory Care; NBRC credential to challenge test or RRT pathway.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP within specified timelines; CPR HCP current.
• Per diem staff can opt for NRP; designation for FTE required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory assessment, support, treatment, or diagnostic tests across units including critical care, floor, ER, and outpatient as needed.
• Learn and perform department functions delegated by the manager.
