Job summary

Qualifications

RN license in the relevant state is required.
One year NICU experience preferred.
BSN is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and analyze clinical data to identify care needs.
Develop and revise individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications and perform nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families and respond to emergencies.
Document care and ensure safe handoffs using SBARQ.
Collaborate to promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional development.
Mentor colleagues and support team success.
Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
