Job summary
Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent care in an acute care setting. You will deliver patient-centered nursing, collaborate with the healthcare team, and uphold facility standards and policies.
This role supports leadership and educational opportunities within a large health system. Requirements include Texas RN license or compact license, at least one year in acute care, and BLS/ACLS; STABLE and NRP within 6 months.
Qualifications
- Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
- One year full time experience in an acute care setting.
- RQI BLS and ACLS required.
- STABLE and NRP within 6 months.
- BLS Healthcare Provider course per RQI guidelines and required ECC courses provided during orientation or transfer.
- Must pass pre-employment assessments.
- Must address the needs of the populations served.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and standards.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence and maintain standards of practice.
