Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System's NICU at Methodist Women's Hospital in Elkhorn, NE seeks an experienced neonatal nurse with strong assessment and collaborative care skills. You will participate in care planning, documentation, and teaching families about newborn care.

The role requires 1+ year NICU experience and a BSN/MSN; LR license and NR P timing are noted. Schedule is 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• RN with at least one year of nursing experience; NICU experience preferred.
• BSN or MSN from an accredited college of nursing required; ADN with计划 to obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Current Nebraska RN license or compact multistate license; NR P within 3 months; BLS preferred.
• Two years NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and education to patients and families.

• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care and document patient responses and changes.
