Responsibilities

• Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients including evaluation and treatment.
• Establishes treatment plans, educates families, and collaborates with the care team; documents interventions and outcomes.
• Delegates tasks to assistants and students as appropriate with clear competency guidance.
• Performs reassessments and provides consultations as part of Physical Therapy Services.
