Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plans and provides therapy, considering discharge needs and equipment.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and other health care providers; referrals as needed.
• Delegates to assistants and students; assesses skill levels for interventions.
• Completes documentation per department policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
