Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Womens Float Pool. The role covers the 70-bed NICU and cross trains to inpatient Pediatrics, with night shifts 7p–7a and rotating weekends.

You will provide patient-centered care under the Nurse Manager, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in skill growth opportunities in a close-knit environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as RN in state(s) of practice or active compact license.
• BLS required; NRP within 1 month; PALS for Pediatrics within 1 month.
• Experience in NICU with cross-training to Women’s & Children’s Services Float Pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Work in the 70-bed NICU and cross-train to inpatient Pediatrics as part of the float pool.
• Night shift 7p-7a with rotating weekends; maintain a collaborative environment.
