Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Round Rock is seeking a Nurse Manager in Women’s Services NICU. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, Day Shift 8a-5p) leads a Level III NICU with 11 beds, focusing on supporting staff, nursing practices, policy development, and resource planning.

The ideal candidate has NICU leadership experience, promotes evidence-based care, and fosters a nurturing environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure with Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to lead staff and implement evidence-based practice.
