Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a experienced nurse leader to oversee the Cardiac and Complex Surgical Unit within Neonatal Services. This role leads neonatal vascular access and PICC services, driving quality, safety, and patient experience across a 44-bed unit.

You will manage budgets, develop teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-stakes pediatric setting. As part of the Middle Tennessee Regional Perinatal Center, you will influence care for critically ill neonates,

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• MSN or MHA or above required.
• 3-5 years progressive leadership experience required.
• Previous leadership experience in neonatal intensive care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to operationalize the mission, strategic plan, budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies for PCC, Hospitals and Vanderbilt Clinic.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of area specific quality plan linked to organizational goals.
