Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Maine.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• BLS certification obtained prior to independently caring for patients; may be required to maintain advanced lifesaving certification per department.
• 3+ years of clinical experience; 3 years of relative work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations of a nursing unit in collaboration with Nurse Manager.
• Coordinate daily shift activities and set daily/monthly schedules.
• Provide clinical expertise and mentoring to staff; act as educational resource.
