Job summary

The Nursing Manager leads, develops, supervises and evaluates all patient care aspects, partnering with leadership, physicians, and staff to ensure excellence and innovation in delivery of care while guiding fiscal operations for the unit.

Qualifications

• BSN required; leadership experience in acute care.
• MSN or related field preferred; advanced degree beneficial.
• ANCC certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting; neonatal care preferred.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role in pediatric/maternal/neonatal care preferred.
• Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership in roles such as Charge Nurse or Clinical Manager.
• Strong quality management knowledge and service excellence.
