Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with certification as determined at position level.
• 3 years of experience in related clinical areas.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
• BLS CPR certification required and valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Model and/or precept others in clinical practice within NICU settings.
• Support evidence-based practice and patient safety at the point of care.
