Jobot is seeking a passionate NICU Nurse to join our dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role in a Level II NICU. You will care for premature and sick newborns, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality family-centered care.

The role stresses ventilator management, CPAP/HFNC, phototherapy, and thermoregulation, with NRP guidelines and EMR documentation as core duties. Strong communication and ongoing development are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience.
• NRP certification.
• Proven ventilator, CPAP/HFNC management, phototherapy, and thermoregulation.
• Strong ability to educate and support families in NICU.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and stabilize patients.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity NICU setting.
• Manage ventilator, CPAP/HFNC, phototherapy, thermoregulation in newborns.
• Follow Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) guidelines during emergencies.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on care plans.
• Educate and support families about their newborn's condition and care.
• Participate in emergency response and rapid stabilization efforts.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with neonatal care advancements.
