Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and NRP certification.
• Minimum 1 year NICU Level III RN experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain a work pace.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.

Responsibilities

• Attend births and monitor the health of newborns immediately after birth.
• Administer care to newborns residing in the NICU and provide ongoing education/support to families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes and adhere to hospital policies.
