Job summary

Kaiser Permanente NW in West Linn, Oregon is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care under supervision, collaborating with the health care team. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using multi-system evaluation and plan care.
• Develop, implement and document individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the health team.
• Evaluate patient progress and participate in quality assurance activities.
