Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• AZ RN license (Registered Nurse).
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, safe, and evidence-based NICU nursing care.
• Prioritize and advocate for patients, balancing complex medical needs with comfort.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient conditions.
• Use effective communication for seamless team coordination.
• Educate and support families to ease concerns and engage them in care.
