Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Rare Per Diem NICU LNA at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. The role provides basic nursing care, vital signs, mobility support, and patient comfort during night shifts in a NICU-adjacent setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring and recording vitals, reporting changes, and supporting the healthcare team. Per diem schedule offers flexibility with competitive hourly pay and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• NH LNA license (Nursing Assistant) - NH Board of Nursing required.
• BLS Certification - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred.
• 1-2 years Clinical/Medical Office/Managed Care Experience preferred or Nursing Assistant Experience 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record Vital Signs and weights per policy.
• Provide hands on patient care.
• Grooming and personal care of patient.
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan.
• Collects and bags soiled linen and delivers to dirty linen area.
• Assists physician and/or licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Toileting and incontinence care for patient/client.
• Reports changes in patient's condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
