Qualifikationen

• Active Idaho RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association/BLS) to be maintained.
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• NRP certification preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide life-sustaining care for newborns in NICU.
• Administer medications and monitor vitals of newborns.
• Maintain accurate care records to track infant progress.
• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and leadership.
• Educate parents on daily care, goals, and at-home procedures.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
