CoxHealth in Springfield, MO is seeking a Dietary Aide responsible for preparing and delivering neonatal and infant feedings with care and efficiency. You will ensure milk storage standards are met and work closely with the neonatal ICU team.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred Bachelor's in nutrition/dietetics, and strong communication and customer service skills. This is a day-shift role with 24 weekly hours in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition/dietetics preferred.
• Experience in food and nutrition services preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver neonatal/infant feedings per standards.
• Ensure milk storage standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with care teams and patients' families.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and work with minimal supervision.
