Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a NICU nurse in Springfield, Missouri. The role covers caring for premature and ill newborns, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate all aspects of neonate care.

You will assess plans of care, perform procedures, and educate families while ensuring comfort and safety for neonates in a high-acuity environment. Rotating shifts and a 36-hour weekly schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• No prior experience required.
• Must take and pass NCLEX within 90 days of graduation; BLS within 90 days.
• NRP required within one year of hire.
