Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing is required.
• BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA).
• Current IL RN license required.
• 1 year acute care or ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care in ISCU independently.
• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
