Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or Red Cross.
• NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
• MO/NURSYS and KS/NURSYS licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent nursing care across three NICU locations.
• Adapts quickly to varying workflows, equipment, and unit cultures.
• Supports staffing needs by floating according to census and patient needs.
