Job summary

Phoenix Children's in Phoenix is seeking a Division Support Tech for the NICU. This non-clinical role focuses on unit support, equipment readiness, and maintaining a clean, organized environment to prepare for patient care.

No NICU experience is required; training will be provided. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure equipment, supplies, and patient rooms are ready, with a Monday–Friday day schedule and potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Dependable and organized individual with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow unit procedures and training provided.
• Comfortable in a hospital NICU environment around sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect medical equipment and organize supplies.
• Prepare and organize equipment for patient rooms.
• Move equipment and supplies within the unit and hospital.
• Restock supplies and keep equipment organized.
• Check areas for cleanliness and expiry items.
• Follow checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure readiness.
• Manage multiple tasks and seek additional duties when finished.
• Work in a physically active role in a NICU setting.
