Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (Current and valid)
• BSN required; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years NICU nursing with at least 2 years in leadership/management

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in EMR systems and relevant software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NICU operations ensuring high quality and safe patient care
