Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is seeking a part-time CNA to join its NICU nursing team. The role involves providing patient care support on a 32-bed NICU unit with 24-hour specialty services for newborns, under licensed nurse supervision.

You will perform nursing care tasks, clerical duties, and patient services to support the unit while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion. Flexible scheduling includes days and evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Idaho CNA certification or TNAP completion required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers at hire unless ACLS/PALS already certified.
• Six months CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination support at unit level.
• Perform nursing care services and non-professional tasks under supervision of licensed nurse.
• Assist in personal care and comfort of patients as CNA/UAP.
