Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate staff education programs for assigned units.
• Coordinate orientation for all new employees within defined clinical practice areas.
• Ensure validation of competency of staff with accurate record keeping; maintain clinical proficiency; direct patient care may be included.
