BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Night Shift, full-time Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Charge Registered Nurse to join our team. This role leads the NICU team during a shift, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include delegation and coordination of patient care, collaborating with the nursing staff and healthcare team, and ensuring care is delivered using the nursing process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license as RN in Texas
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilités

• Lead delegation and coordination of patient care for a shift.
• Provide leadership to the nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team to assure care is delivered through the nursing process.
