Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial facilities.
• NICET II Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace fire sprinkler devices per codes.
• Conduct fire pump testing and repairs as needed.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
• Develop maintenance programs per NFPA codes.
• Complete inspection reports and document issues.
• Provide cost estimates for materials/services.
• Maintain reports and government regulations.
