Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with fire alarm systems.
• NICET Certification Fire Alarm Level 1 or higher (Level 2 preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of NFPA 72 and electrical codes.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Email.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Install and basic programming of fire alarm systems and devices.
• Inspect fire alarm and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair alarm system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and completed work.
• Provide excellent customer service.
