Job summary

Eagle Fire Inc. is seeking a Field Technician (Inspector) to test, repair, and inspect fixed fire protection systems and document findings. This role requires delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers in the Nashville area.

The position demands 4+ years in the industry, NICET certification, and the ability to read diagrams and specifications. Travel may be required; driver’s license and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Fire Sprinkler Service/Inspection experience.
• NICET certification.
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Has practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes all services following manufacturer’s instructions, related codes/standards, and Company policies and procedures.
• Schedules inspections with customers as required.
• Provides documentation of inspections for Eagle Fire records and authorities with jurisdiction.
• Communicates discrepancies, necessary system repairs, and other important issues to Eagle Fire and the customer.
• Completes continuing education to maintain current certifications and/or licenses.
• Works safely following all Eagle Fire safety policies and procedures.
