This position supervises plant operators and technicians involved in cryogenic gas processing, stabilization, compression, and associated plant systems. The Operations Supervisor ensures the facility consistently meets production targets, product quality specifications, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational reliability, and environmental stewardship. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**• Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations. • Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline.
