Gas and Supply is seeking a Fire Extinguisher Technician to inspect and service portable extinguishers at customer locations and in-house. You will learn our management software and Google Workspace, ensuring accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

• NFPA Fire Extinguisher Technician certification required.
• Ability to inspect, maintain, and document portable extinguishers at client sites and in-house.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain NFPA Fire Extinguisher Technician certification.
• Inspect, maintain, service, and document portable fire extinguishers at customer locations and in-house.
• Learn and proficient with fire extinguisher management/inspection software and Google Workspace.
• Provide professional, courteous communication with customers and coworkers.
• Complete accurate documentation of customer services.
• Safely operate a forklift and other equipment as required.
• Dispose of condemned extinguisher cylinders per regulations.
• Assist team members with service and fieldwork.
• Maintain organized service schedule and supplies in the company truck.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
