The role requires travel to commercial, residential, and industrial sites, adherence to NFPA 10, and ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid license and clean MVR are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in fire protection or life safety preferred but training offered.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Denver Fire Extinguisher Inspection License (CSA FEX) required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine visual and physical inspections of portable fire extinguishers.
• Inspect, test and document emergency and exit lighting systems.
• Identify deficiencies, generate accurate service reports, and tag equipment.
• Document and upload all service data, inspection reports, and work orders using a company tablet.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings and suggest repairs or other services.
• Maintain organized service vehicle, equipment, and tools.
