Job summary

Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a US Medical Communications Lead to partner with the USMA Field Team and TA leadership to implement a strategic communication plan for NF1 initiatives.

The role is office-based and interfaces primarily with USMA and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SP/M principles and the Meta+ initiatives. The position oversees scientific resource development, training, and congress planning, driving end-to-end review, content creation, and vendor management

Qualifications

• MSL experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is important.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure field availability.
• Align materials with TA scientific platform and global slide library; ensure review by TA medical directors.
• Lead end-to-end vendor management, budget tracking and accruals with finance partners.
• Coordinate congress planning and training activities with cross-functional teams.
