Position Title: NF Supervisor — Department: Operations — Reports To: Yard Supervisor — FLSA Status: Exempt
The Non-Ferrous Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the non-ferrous processing area, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling of materials. This role leads a team of operators and sorters, manages production flow, ensures quality of sorted metals, and supports continuous improvement within the facility.
High school diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. 1–2 years supervisory experience. Knowledge of non-ferrous metals and equipment operations.
Leadership, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and commitment to safety.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
